AOpen MX400-A

AOpen's Live Update feature notifies you when a new version of the driver is available, and it can automatically download the software and install it. A built-in TV tuner allows you to watch or record TV from an antenna or cable TV connection.
In our tests, we got frame rates comparable to those of the other new GeForce2 MX-400-based cards, but Unreal Tournament and Test Drive 6 looked jerky at high resolutions, despite the fact that the MX400-A carries twice the RAM of most of the other MX-400 cards. The contrast was also too high, with some games looking overly bright and washed out and lacking shadow detail. Like other GeForce2 MX-based cards, this card was unable to run Test Drive 6 at 1600-by-1200 resolution in 32-bit color.
Ulead's VideoStudio 4 video editing software comes bundled with the card, as does WinDVD for playing DVD movies.
The card performs adequately for casual gamers, and the TV tuner makes it useful when you're not playing.
