Richard Baguley

MSI G2Ti Pro-VT

The price is certainly right: At $100, this is well below the average price for our current batch of value cards. And the performance isn't bad either: This card delivered strong frame rate scores at most resolutions in all of our test games. And even at higher resolutions, this card still achieved very respectable scores: In our test in Unreal Tournament running at 1600 by 1200, 32 bit mode, this card achieved a frame rate of just over 55 frames per second.
Although the frame rates were pretty high, the colors in our test games had a distinct yellowish cast. The images were also a little dark and lacked contrast.
DVD playback software and WinCoder video editing software is included. Only one game (Sacrifice) comes bundled with the card.
Buyers will be attracted by this board's low price, but its image quality is disappointing.
