BenQ has released the T700, its first camera with a touchscreen display--as well as the world's slimmest 7-megapixel camera.

The T700 digital camera is an elegant 7-megapixel model boasting a three-inch touchscreen. Its features include a stainless steel casing and a 'tag to enlarge' function, enabling users to enlarge specific areas of their photos by tapping the screen. The T700 is also incredibly slim at only about 0.5 inches wide.

The three-inch panel has a screen resolution of 232,000 pixels for the clear and sharp viewing and touching. The T700 features a Pentax SMC (Super Multi-Coating) lens for high contrast images and with a high color saturation.

The T700 costs around $298.

The X725 digital camera is the successor of the award-winning X720 and is the world's thinnest 7-megapixel camera, according to BenQ, measuring less than 0.5 inches in width. The super-slim camera features a Pentax 3x optical zoom lens with a Sliding Lens System to improve image quality.

Both BenQ digital cameras incorporate an advanced S.S.F (Super Shake Free) system which reduces image blur caused by shaky hands and moving images.
